Sunday July 9 the Chapter’s sessions have been suspended.

Chapter News, July 10, 2006

Today we continue the sessions of the Chapter with revision of the Chapter regulations. Particular interest and time has been debated about article 39 of the regulations concerning the presentation of the candidates before the election to the office. After approving all the regulations, the date for the election of Fr. General has been established: Saturday July 15, 2006. For this occasion the Chapter president, fr Louis Caputo is asking the entire congregation to prepare for this event  with an hour of Eucharistic adoration to be held the evening of Friday July 14.

The sessions then continued with the reading of the first 5 chapters of the report of the status of the congregation, prepared and read by Fr. General. At the end of every chapter the Fr. General has given opportunity to make comments and clarify what he said.
